DescriptionMap of 5 separate pieces of land comprising a) 2 farms in Acton (c45a) between Cucko [sic] Lane and the Chester -Nantwich road; b) farm in Little Acton (c43a), north of Nantwich-Ravensmoor road; c) houses gardens and land on Hospital Street and Pepper Street in Nantwich; and d) house and lands (c22a) in Henhull, south of Burford-Beam Bridge road, and detached piece of land in bend of River Weaver. Scale 1 inch : 4 chains (1:3168). With table of reference listing tenants, field names and acreages. Estate buildings show in block plan, buildings on neighbouring land, including Nantwich Church, shown in elevation; neighbouring landowners named; rococo cartouche with flamingo(?); dividers above scale bar; compass; pen and ink, roads coloured with ochre wash.
