Description	With 2 rough maps of: a) an estate in Occleston; and b) houses and lands in Middlewich. Fields named and acreages in statute and Cheshire measure; gateways and tracks shown; ponds coloured in yellow; some buildings in block plan some in crude elevation; neighbouring landowners named; border in yellow wash; information apparently copied from ZCR 70/18/66. No surveyor recorded. Endorsed: No 4 Middlewich and Occleston in Cheshire.
