TitleExaminations concerning the death of a Frenchman. A French ship, anchored in the river at Chester, was boarded one night by a group of persons under the impression that she was Spanish; in the scuffle, one of the crew was killed and thrown overboard. When the boarders discovered that the ship was French, and most of the cargo English, they fled.
