Barnston (1802-1849) married as his second wife Emma Frances, daughter of James Boydell of Rossett. A Boydell was a past member of the present firm of solicitors, Gamon & Co., which acted at one time for the Barnston estate. The enclosure papers may therefore have been moved with the estate records by mistake at some time. |
