Description Clients' papers: Glegg of Withington and Gayton: deeds and estate records including Caldy Hundred and manor of Gayton 1358-1938; White of Sutton Hall: deeds 1726-1860; Larden-Bromfield estate, Tattenhall: deeds 1603-1901; Hayes estate in Frodsham, Picton, Upton and Hoole: deeds 1578-1905. The collection also includes several small groups of deeds and papers relating to properties in Chester, including the waterworks and the New Linen Hall, and in Hoole, Tranmere, Wincham and elsewhere, and the Ewloe Brick and tile works 17th- 20th centuries.
