DescriptionThe Manors of BLAKENHALL, BRIDGEMERE, CHECKLEY, CHORLTON, CHURCH COPPENHALL, DODDINGTON, HOUGH, HUNSTERSON, LEA, ROPE, WALCHERTON and WESTON, with their appurts. and capital and other messuages and lands now of the said Sir Thomas Broughton and late of the said Sir Brian Broughton Delves in AUDLEM, BASFORD, BLAKENHALL, BRIDGEMERE, BUERTON, BARTHERTON, CHECKLEY, CHORLTON, CHURCH COPPENHALL, MONKS COPPENHALL, COOL PILATE, DODDINGTON, HAUGHTON, HATHERTON, HOUGH, HUNSTERSON, LEA, MINSHULL VERNON, NANTWICH, ROPE, SHENTON, STAPELEY, WALGHERTON, WESTON, WILLASTON, WOOLSTONWOOD and WYBUNBURY; and the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton charges all the sd. premises with sums of money as portions for any child or children of the said marriage, other that and except an eldest son or only son, as specified.
