Title	DEED TO DECLARE TRUST between 1) Rev. Sir Thomas Broughton of Doddington Hall and of Broughton (Co. Staff.), Bt. and John Leigh of Oughtrington, Esq. and 2) Trafford Trafford of Kinderton Lodge, Esq., lately called Trafford Leigh, and Henrietta his wife, daughter of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton; whereby it is agreed that 1) shall stand seised of £1,666-13-4, being the share of the sd. Mrs. Trafford in a sum of £20,000 charged on her father Sir Thomas Broughton's estates by Deed Poll of 3. Feb. 1770, on such trusts as the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton and Trafford Trafford and Henrietta his wife shall by any deed/s jointly direct or appoint. Parchment.
