Description	Apud Bolynton' die Martis prox. post fest. decollacionis Sci. Johis. baptiste. Parties: 1. Richard son of John Alicok, 2. Robert son of William de Dounes, Richard del Burelles. Witnesses: Peter de Legh then steward of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield], Edmund de Dounes, John de Shryglegh, John the clerk. Feoffment; lease, de capitalibus dominis, for 37 years at a peppercorn and thereafter at 100s. silver per annum, with right of distress for default; in all Richard Alicok's lands etc., in the town and fields of Bolynton' [Bollington]. Latin Mark: D. t. 19. Bollington.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 7½" wide by 5"; a red (iron) ink, faded. Seal: Pendant on label, oval, 15mm by 20mm; indistinct.
