Lease with Warranty contra omnes gentes; for term of lives of both parties at 12d. silver per annum; in all Robert Downes' lands etc., that are held by John Crene, Nicholas Maykin, Philipp Bryne, Thomas Leghes, Richard Wherneby, Hugh Rowe, Peter Rossyndale, Robert Walker, Roger Dale and Thomas Jonson, by terms of years or during pleasure, in Bolynton' [Bollington] Ponynton' [Poynton] Adlyngton' [Adlington] and Macclesfeld; and in a certain parcel of land lately held by Robert Leghew in Ponynton' [Poynton] and another called Cokeshote heye.
