Description	In the day of Sainte Martyn in Wynter in the xix yere etc. Parties: 1. Roger MaynWarynge Escheator of Cheshire, 2. Roger Downes of Worth. Receipt and acquittance for the sum of 25s., part payment for a Fine by Roger Downes for not being made Knight, paid over on this day "at the High Auter in the Church of cure blessed lady of the Wiche Malbank". English Mark: B. z. 24. 19.H.7.
Physical Description	Paper: 1 sheet 7" wide by 6". Seal missing, traces of red wax; it was applied to a turned-up out-away corner of the paper, bottom right, wafer fashion.
