Covenant to Surrender in next court to be held at Macclesfeld [Macclesfield], on consideration of £9.11.8., a messuage belonging to Roger Faloes called ye Berecroft with the Bernefyld, orchards etc., now held by Robert Tayllior in the town of Hurdesfeld [Hurdsfield] co. Chest' [Chester]. Endorsed with a receipt for the above amount in five payments. English Mark: Z. f.6 Hurdesfyld 24.H.7.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 8" wide by 6". Seal missing, label missing.
