Surrender and Admittance (Fine 12d.) to an estate in trust to uses of Roger Downes for term of his life, thereafter to use of Dorothy, Katerine, Sibille, Margaret, Elizabeth, Pernelle, Elena, Joan and Margarie Downes daughters of Roger for term of 10 years for their upkeep and thereafter as provided for in Roger Downes's Will dated 20 May 1545, - in a messuage and lands called "the Hall of Shrigley and the demeyne" in Pottshrigley [Pott Shrigley] now occupied by Roger Downes. Value 50s. per annum, rent 3s.3d. per annum.
