Feoffment de capitali domino by usual services in consideration of a certain sum of money, with Warranty contra omnes homines et feminas, in one acre of land lying in the moor under the castle of Ouerton' [Overton] (subtus Castrum de Ouerton') between the land of John Godpeny and the land of Reginald de Nesse lengthwise and breadthwise on both sides.
