Party 1 is bound in £80 for the payment to party 2 of £40, should it be found by official Inquest before Roger Downes son and heir of Lawrence Downes Esq., dcsd., reaches the age of 14 years, that Lawrence held lands of the Queen by Knight Service or otherwise whereby the Queen would be entitled to Wardship of Roger Downes.
