Witnesses of sealing and delivery (endorsed): Henrye Delves, R: Stanley, John ........ Warrant for the making of a Surrender in (Halmote of) manor of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield] to lead to an Admittance for term of 20 years from the day of the death of Richard Tayler at 19s. per annum, with remainder Roger Downes, of Francis Gepson bastard son of Richard Gepson into all that messuage etc., in Bollyngton [Bollington] within the forest of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield] now occupied by Richard Tayler. Latin Mark: D. b. k. 34. Bollington.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 14" wide by 5½"; mice have eaten away a great deal of the text at top and bottom left and right corners. Seal: Pendant on label, red, effaced.
