DescriptionWarrant from Roger Downes of Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] Esq., to his attorney John Dale of Bollington, form the Surrender in the next Halmote of the Manor and Forest of Macc' [Macclesfield] of all that messuage and the lands etc. appurtenant in Bollington lately occupied by William Jackeson late of Bollington husbandman dcsd., and by Roger Downes's mother and formerly by Lawrence Jackson late of Bollington afsd husbandman dcsd., to lead to the Admittance of Frances Downes Roger's daughter for term of her life and lives of Dorothea and Margarde Downes Roger's daughters or survivor, at 15s.per annum, remainder Roger Downes.
