Draft of Articles of Agreement concerning the assurance of £35 per annum to the use of the daughters of Roger Downes under the terms of a conveyance made of an estate in the house and demesne of Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] in trust to Sir Hugh Cholmondley junior and others; and the defeasance of obligations in which Stanley is bound with and for Downes; and the terms of an estate and the remainder created in Indentures between Downes and John Savage Esq and others; and the surrender of an estate in trust which Downes has conveyed to Stanley; and the surrender of the lease of the Colepitte to Mr. Delves (on condition that Downes entrusts the education of his daughters to Mrs. Delves); and the transfer of "the Statute knowledged to Mr. Shakerley and others at Couentry and the defeasance made thereupon if there be any"; and an agreement that the articles are to be more formally drawn up by Mr. Oldfield and that Downes is to satisfy Mr. Hughe Beeston for moneys paid out in Downes's account.
