Witnesses of sealing and delivery (endorsed): Aqula Wicks, Anthony Browne, George Crackingthorpe, John Harbert. Lease for 31 years commencing at expiry of a lease of the same premises formerly made by Thomas Fitsherbert to Richard father of Thomas Cowp, at 40s. per annum, of a messuage called Netherpadleyhall. English Mark: None.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 15½" wide by 10". Seal: Pendant on label, red, round 22mm diam, effaced.
