Admittance (Fine 2s. 1¼d.) at 2s. 1¼d.per annum, to 10 acres of land purprestures of waste in Hurdesfeld [Hurdsfield] (alias Hurdesfeild), made by virtue of an Agreement between the Commissioners and Council of the King's Revenues as Prince of Wales and earl of Chester in his behalf and 2. Roger Downes Esq, Francis Pott, William Clowes Gents, Richard Normansell, customary tenants for themselves and the other customary tenants of the manor and forest, and also of a Decree thereupon made in the Exchequer of Cestr' [Chester] at Cestr' [Chester] 31 May 1621 between the present King then the most excellent lord Charles prince of Wales, duke of Cornwall and York and earl of Chester plaintiff by information and 2. the afsd Roger Downes, Francis Pott, William Clowes and Richard Normansell defendants.
