Description	At Macclesfeild [Macclesfield]. Suitors: 1. Hugh Etchille of Pott Shrigley yeoman and Lawrence Pott of Ranowe Lowe yeoman attorneys for Peter Normansell of Pott Shrigley yeoman, 2. Lawrence Downes of Worth Esq. Jurors: John Asshton Esq deputy for Sir William Brereton Bt steward, Robert Yeaveley, Thomas Jackson (pledge for Fine), William Clowes, Henry Cockson clerk of court. Surrender by Attorney (Letter 8 March 1660) and Admittance (Fine 1½d.) into a field in Pott Shrigley called the Higher Meadow Heyes. Franked: Cockson. English Mark: None.
