Mortgage; lease for 1,000 years at a peppercorn at Michaelmas on demand, in consideration of £80 repayable at 5 per cent interest in 1 year at Shrigley Hall, of part of a messuage in Worth called Dales tenement held by Philipp Wyatt, and a messuage in Worth called Hockley held by John Wood.
