(p.1) The Valeu of the Cole got by Robt. Skelhorn in the lands of E Downes in hilltop ten't: in Bollington; as val'd by Rich'd Platt & Tho's Clark by dyalling, measuring, & by seeing quantity, each square yard would yeild, & what other meathods They could think of.

Vid: Gott 483 which at 2s:4d a quarter as the are now sold comes to £56. 7s. 0d.

If it be thought fitting, to allow Him for gett; drawing etc., £19 6s. 6d.

Tht will amount to £24. 3s. 0d.

So His clear profitt will only be £32. 4s. 0d.

Charges ED has been put to, by His getting £37. 0s. 6d.
