Terms agreed for a lease for term of 21 years in three-year periods at £12 per annum of "all that living or parcel of land commonly known by the name of Hill Top" in Bollington, viz;- the House and out Housing, the Gardens, the Clover field, the Barly Croft, the Kiln-Croft, the Barn Field, the Lower and Higher Meadows, and all ways, waters and privileges thereto; and, on an annual basis, of the winter pasture of the Nabb and Hulms now held by Edward Downes. The lessee to keep a beagle for the lessor and to pay all highway charges, to serve all offices, pay dues and lays for one seat in Potte [Pott] Chapell, appurtenant to the property.
