Chester, growing in tenements called the Demesne, Edward Wood's (alias Wood's), Thomas Shrigley's (alias Shrigley's), Joseph Swindells's, Wood's o' th' Lane, Rixon's, Gaskell's, Platt's, and 408 trees in Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] growing in tenements called the Demesne, Hurst's, Holmes, Hill Top, Blake-Hay, Bann's, Unwin's, Birchin Cliff alias Birchincliff.
