Quitclaim, with Warranty contra omnes homines et feminas, of all Hugh's right and claim in 24s. rents and all his rights of lordship in the town of Bolynton [Bollington]; viz;-in courts suits, mills, waters, woods, wastes, fields (planis), meadows and pastures etc.
