I am sorry that I happened from Home when You called here --- a message I learned yesterday "to inform Sir George Warren that Mr. Downes proposed sueing Sir George respecting some Wasteland &c". before I wrote to Town on the subject I thought proper to request you would Favor me with Mr.Downes message if I was not rightly informed
