Dear Sir,
[Mr. Downes presents his Compl'ts to Sir George Warren.] 'As I' Have [ing] called twice 'at Kingston House' without the pleasure of finding 'you' [Sir George Warren] at home, & 'am' anxious 'for our mutual satisfaction to have an opportunity' [to] of seeing [him] You before [his] I return to Cheshire, [Mr. Downes] 'I must' beg[s] the favour of [Sir George] You [Warren to send] 'to' a line [at] to 'me as No.15' Fenchurch [Street, fixing] 'Street [to] appointing' any hour 'that is convenient to Your self' either Teusday or Wednesday morning next, when [Mr.] I [Downes] may 'either' wait on 'You' [Sir George Warren] or expect [him] You in the city.
