Sir,--
I have received your letter dated 23d: August, in consequence of which I came immediately to Poynton --- Your offer of the Worth Estate at Twenty seven thousand pounds, I accept of, and shall be prepared to make good the Payment 'at the' time stipulated in your letter, and have accordingly given directions to Mr. Newton to prepare the necessary agreement for the Purchase, who, with Mr. Whitle waites upon you for that purpose
