Feoffment in perpetuity by service of one red rose at St. John Baptist, with Warranty contra omnes gentes, in nine acres of waste land there ("there" apparently refers to le Dounes in the personal name of party 1) called le Heghafels in the town of Tackesale [Taxal], lying between these bounds viz;- begin at Holbrokheghes following the water of Guyte as far as the end of Depeclogh' and then escending le Depeclogh' as far as the highway under Hulmor' and then following the said highway as far as in Eu'holtclogh' (Euer- or Eure-holtclogh') and thence returning and following Eu'rholtclogh as far as in Holbrokheghes.
