Description	Apud Vptoun die Martis prox. ante festum Cathedrae beati Petri a.r.r.etc. Parties: 1. Margery widow of Adam de B(o)sdoun, 2. John son of Edmund de Bosdoun. Quitclaim of all Margary's right and title in the lands, tenements, rents and services in the town of Vptoun [Upton] which once belonged to Adam, Margery's husband. Latin Mark: E. h. 8. 35.E.3.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 7½" wide by 4"; seal tongue; thong torn off; writing faded. Seal missing from tongue.
