Agreement of condition of an obligation whereby party 2 is bound to party 1 in £20, viz;- that party 1 is not to be disturbed in possession of an interest for life in the lands and tenements of Vptoun [Upton] which belonged to Adam de Bosdoun, otherwise party 2 will be liable under Bond.
