Feoffment de capitali domino, with Warranty, in all Auger's lands and tenements in the town of Maccleaf' [Macclesfield] and within the fields of the same town, viz;- a half of a burgage lying between the holding of William le Walker on one side and that of Nicholas Jolyot on the other; a half-rood of land lying in the fields of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield] between Alyson Durbank and the high road that leads towards Tydrinton' [Tytherington]; a half part of an island of land lying next to that of Richard de Pedlegh next to le Mulne fords and the island once held by Robert de Helegh; and half an island lying between the land of Adam le Mercer and the water which is called le Hee; with their appurtenances in the town of Macclesf' [Macclesfield].
