Witnesses: William de Legh' Kt., then bailiff of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield]; Sir John del Shagh vicar of the church of Prestbur' [Prestbury]; John son of Richard de Sutton'; John son of Roger de Sutton'; John de Crescewall'; Alexander le Jayler; John de Rossyndale chaplain.

Quitclaim with Warranty contra omnes homines, of all Roger's right and claim in 8 acres of land and a moiety of an acre with one rood of land etc., in Sutton' [Sutton] iuxta Maccleaf' [Macclesfield], which once belonged to Adam de Russhtun' his uncle.
