Feoffment de capitalibus dominis, with Warranty contra omnes gentes; in 8 acres of arable land in the parish of Mynster [Manchester], of which 3 acres are next to a place called Mynstrmyll' between the land of the heirs of John Chrch' to the east and the land of the heirs of William Fawar to the west, and Mildredes Mark to the north and the land of John Kelby and of the Abbot and convent of St. Augustine Canterbury (Sci. Augustini Cantuar') to the south, and two acres and a half are next to the same MildredesMark to the east, and the land of the heirs of George Walter and that of the heirs of the sd.
