Feoffment de capitalibus dominis with Warranty contra omnes gentes; in 4 acres of land, of which 2 are at Pesys drove in the parish of Menstr' [Manchester] between the land of the heirs of William at Waye to the south and that of John Hamon junior to the west and that of John Hardema' to the north and that of Thomas Fouwar to the east, and ½ acre is there between the land of Thomas Lovericke to the south and that of the heirs of William at Waye to the west and north and the public road le Pesys Drove to the east, and 3 virgates are at Wildeperi between the land of John Cheseman to the west north and east and that of the said William Hamon' to the south, and 3 virgates are between Olde lympette and Quene dele between the land of the sd.William Hamon to the south and that of the heirs of William at Way to the west and that of Thomas levins to the north and the public road to the east.
