Derby), with the coal mines and other premises, and the Manors, Lordships, messuages or farms of KINGESLEY [Kingsley], BRADLEY iuxta FRADSHAM [Frodsham] and BRADLEY ORCHARD, with the herbage of the meadowing there, woods, wich woods and other appurts., for the purpose of suffering a Recovery; such Recovery and Fines to be to secure to the sd. Sir Thomas and Elizabeth Darcy for the life of the sd. Sir John Savage, from the sd. Manor of ILKESTON and coal mines, a yearly rent of £50-10; the sd. Manor and coal mines and the sd. other premises to be to the use of the sd. Sir John Savage for life, remainder to the sd.
