[1] Party 1 Yarward son of Madoc Fab' [Smith] de Horton has granted to
[2] Party 2 Adam de Bosto [Bostock] and his heirs, 2 selions of land in the fields of Horton
[3] one in Le Aldefeld between the land of Wronow Goh [Goronwy Gough?] and the land of Ythel son of Elene
[4] and one half selion between the land of Ythel son of Madoc and the land of Wronow Goh
[5] adjoining the field of Tilstan [Tilston] in the field called Wdeshalyh and one butt in the same field next to
[6] the land of John Caderowt, adjoining his land. And one half selion in Aldritchescroft
[7] between the land of William son of Henry and the land of Yarward son of Howa
[8] with its pertinences. To have and to hold of the chief lord of the fee
[9] with all pertinences, common easements and
[10] profits of the land. Rendering annually
[11] one silver halfpenny at the Feast of St Martin in Winter for all secular
[12] services and demands. For this grant, Party 2
[13] has paid 20 silver shillings to Party 1
