[1] Party1, Henry Waterford, rector of the church of Tyldeston [Tilstone], grants to party 2, John of Horton,
[2] alias John, son of David Madoksone of Horton, all his lands and tenements, rents and services with their appurtenances, which he held by the gift and feoffment of the aforesaid John,
[3] namely those which the aforesaid John held beforehand by the gift and feoffment of Richard of Horton in the vill and fields of Horton iuxta Tyldeston [Tilstone], in the hundred of Broxton,
[4-12] to be held to the said John and the heirs of his body, of the chief lords of that fee by customary services; with remainder to William, brother of the aforesaid John; with remainder to William of Bulkeley, and Marjory, his wife; with remainder to the right heirs of the aforesaid John in perpetuity.
