[1] Party 1 William Eyse grants to Party 2 Roger de Capenhurst,
[2] citizen of Cestr' [Chester] and Katherine his wife
[2-4] all his lands and tenements with appurtenances in Neubold iuxta Cestr' [Lea Newbold] in breadth between the land of William son of Peter de Brichull' [Brickhill], clerk, on the one part, and the land of Henry Hurell on the other part, and extending in length from the King's highway which leads to Cestr' [Chester] as far as the land of Henry Hurell.
[4 - 7] To have and to hold all the same with appurtenances to Roger and Katherine, and the heirs of the same Roger, from the chief lords of that fee by the customary service, freely, quietly, well, in peace, by hereditary right forever, with all appurtenances and liberties pertaining to the said lands and tenements wheresoever they pertain, and with all buildings.
