[1] Richard of Bradeschewe [Bradshaw] has given to Roger, son of William of Toft and Margery, his wife, all his
[2] movable and immovable goods which he held at the time of the making of these presents on lands and tenements which he has given to the said Roger and Margery in the vill of
[3] 'Stubbus' [Stublach] and in the vill of Gralam Lostok' [Lostock Gralam] that are anywhere within the land and outside it. So that the said Richard nor his heirs
[4] executors nor anyone in his name or with his right be able to lay claim to or demand any right or claim on the said goods against the said Roger and Margery.
[5] Witnesses: Robert le Grosvenour [Grosvenor],
[6] John del Nova Aula [Newhall], Ranulf de Litelovere [Little Over], Thomas, clerk, and others. Given at Stubbus [Stublach] on Wednesday on the feast of Saint
[7] pope Clement in the year of our lord 1323.
