[1] Party 1 Alicia ?Bouban de Lostok. Party 2 Wilfred
[2] son of Robert de Wynington and Ralph his son. Party 1 grants all her property in Lostock, with houses and gardens [Winnington] [Randulph]
[3] lying between the royal road to Lostock and the royal road leading to le Bolis (in length) [The Holis/ Hollies?]
[4] and in width from the royal way to le Bothe as far as the ditch between her land and that of Agnes de Lostok,
[5] accordinge to the measure, and so following le Stygate which leads to the other road to le Holis,
[6]to hold of the chief lord of the fee
[7] with common pasture and all other liberties of Lostock
[8] also turbary of Lostok with two men for one day
[9] and customary services to the chief lord.
[10] Warranty, including possible death of Wilfred.
