[1] Thomas Hynton, Ranulf Cholmundeley [Cholmondeley], and George Mascy, chaplain
[2] have appointed David Swanwik as their attorney to deliver for and in their name
[3] to Richard Sparroe, full and peaceable seisin of and on moiety of all their lands and tenements with appurtenances within the parish
[4] of Merbury [Marbury] in the county of Chester according to the force, form, and effect of their certain charter to the said Richard Sparroe thereby made.
[5] Holding as right and acceptable whatever the said David will do in their name in the premises.
[6] Given at Merbury [Marbury] on the tenth day of June in the seventeenth year of the reign of King Edward the Fourth.
