[1-2] Party 1 John son of John of Warinton(?) and
Party 2 Richard son of Hugh le Bryd.
[3 - 9] Recites that by another deed party 1 has leased to party 2 one plot of land for forty shillings of silver. Party 2 grants on behalf of himself, his heirs and assigns that if Party 1 and his heirs pay him this money at the end of six years at the feast of Saint Michael then Richard his heirs or assigns will have the crop but the land will revert to John and his heirs.
[9-13] Party 1 grants that if he or his heirs fail to pay, Party 2 will hold the land from year to year until it is paid, also keeping the crop.
[15-16] Witnesses: Hugh de Bykerton, Henry de Brexon', David his brother, Hugh de Boulesworth, John the chaplain and others.
[17] Date: 1325.
