Copy agreement between Thomas Buckley of Broxton and Piers Page of "Hulme Parish" for settlement on proposed marriage of Piers and Thomas' daughter Margaret; Thomas will convey to Sir John Needham and other trustees all his lands and tenements etc. in Broxton, Harthill, Carden, Hampton and Malpas to hold to the of Piers and Margaret and their heirs, and further covenants.
