[1] Party 1 John Bridde de Broxon [Broxton], son of William Bridde de Broxon [Broxton], and his wife Agnes to [3] party 2 William Catell son and heir of the aforesaid Agnes their entire right, title [4] and claim on the messuages, tofts, lands, tenements, [5] meadows, rents and services with their appurtenances in the vills of Clutton and Aldersey within the hundred [6-10] of Broxon [Broxton], which will descend to Agnes by hereditary right [11] Witnesses: Peter Dutton de Hatton, senior, esquire, John Aldersey de Aldersey, [12] Thomas Dod de Tatenhale [Tattenhall], Richard Huxley de Clutton, William Huxley de Clutton and many others. [13] Given at Clutton on Monday after the feast of the Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr, [14] 1483.
