[1] Party 1 Richard son of Thomas Pesecod grants to
[2] Party 2 Richard's brother Robert and his heirs lawfully procreated a messuage and curtilage Henry Pesecod(?) once held of
[3] from Richard's father Thomas in Media Aldresey [Middle Aldersey], between the messuage of the said Robert which Agnes de Bechene (?) of 2 and
property once of Henry de Bechene [?] {Agnes}
[4] and the messuage once of John Cissor [=tailor]
[5] to hold of the chief lord for due services,
[6] but if he dies without heirs the messuage and curtilage should revert to Party 1 and his heirs
[10] Witnesses: David de Barton, Richard de
[11] Caurthyn [Carden], Thomas son of Richard de Churton, William de Mulneton [Millington?], Robert de Codinton [Coddington], clerk, and others.
