[1] Party 1 Thomas Pesecod, Party 2 his son Richard and Richard's wife Sibill and the legitimate heirs of their bodies
[2] gives all his tenement and meadow in the field
[3] called le Newruding in Medio Aldresey [Middle Aldersey], bounded by the marlery of Hugh de Waverton in le Wadefalt
[4] up to the sevenakis [seven oaks] in length and from the boundary of Clutton in Crukke Aldresey as far as the outllone of Medio Aldresey in width
[5] with a plot of land called le Merstall and the messuage that Hugh his brother formrely held of him
[6] with as many messuages as Richard, Sibill and their children may wish to build on it
[8] to hold under the chief lord for customary services with housebo, heybold, takfre, stallagfre
[9] and right of firewood and turbary
[11] various other rights.
