[2] party 2 Robert, son of Roger de Bulkeley all messuages, lands, meadows and
[3] tenements with all their appurtenances wheresoever lying within the vill of Aldersay [Aldersey] to be had
[4] and held to Party 2 for his whole life
[5] freely, quietly, rightly, and in peace with all appurtenances and easements pertaining in any way to the said messuages
[6] lands, meadows and tenements.
[7] Consideration: one rose annually on the feast of St. John the Baptist, his life lasting.
