[1] Party 1 John Dutton de Hatton, esquire
[2] Party 2 Ughtred Dodde, son of Hugh Dodde de Herthill. Exchange of all his tenements, messuages
[3] lands, rents and services in Medell Aldersey, for
[4] other lands, woods, rents and services held by 2 in the vill of Bawlesworth
[5] and other holdings which after the death of Hugh
[6] Dodde and Margere his wife would pass to 2 in the same vill, lying between Bawlesworth
[7] Hill and the water called Cowmbesbroke
[8] to hold of the chief lord for due services, rendering to 1
[9] during the lives of Hugh and Margere 3 shillings and 4 pence of silver at two feasts annually
[10 viz the Nativity of St John the Baptist [24 June] and St Martin in winter [11 November].
