[1] Party 1 William Eggerton [Egerton], son of John Eggerton de Eggerton, knight, brother of Philip Eggerton de Eggerton, esquire
[2] Party 2 Radulph Caderoth and Elene his wife, and the longest liver of them, and their heirs and assigns,
[2-4] all his lands and tenements, rents and services, with their appurtenances in the vill and fields of Kyddyngton [Cuddington] near Malpas in the County of Chester, which he had by the gift and feofment of Philip Malpasse [Malpas] of Londoniis [London], merchant.
[4-5] To have and to hold the same to Radulph and Elene, and the longest liver of them, and their heirs and assigns, forever from the chief lords of that fee by the customary service.
[5-7] William and his heirs warrant the same to Radulph and Elene, against all men forever.
[8] Witnesses - John Leche de Cawrden [Carden], William Dod and Owen Dod of Broxon' [Broxton] and others.
[8-9] Given at Kyddynton [Cuddington] 31st January 1475.
